Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver IT solutions including hardware/software asset workflows patching flows configuration data models lifecycle states and operational dashboards.
- Translate ambiguous requirements into clear and actionable specifications.
- Ensure features are intuitive reliable and aligned with real IT processes.
- Work with senior PMs to integrate automations copilots and agentic workflows into IT products.
- Participate in testing AI-assisted features such as recommendations automated actions knowledge lookups and remediation suggestions ensuring automation remains safe predictable and valuable.
- Conduct user interviews shadow workflows and analyze pain points to uncover real needs not just gather feature requests.
- Document problems hypotheses and opportunities before proposing solutions and study competitive tools to identify patterns and areas of differentiation.
- Deliver MVPs quickly (weeks not months) validating ideas through wireframes prototypes AI reviews and early customer feedback.
- Collaborate with engineering to experiment refine and iterate while maintaining quality. Monitor usage metrics and feedback to guide product improvements.
- Maintain clear product briefs tickets and success metrics for your features.
- Communicate decisions trade-offs scope and timelines to teams and stakeholders.
