Minimum 5-7 years progressive experience in sales or operations.
Automotive or financial services industries preferred.
Bachelors degree in business administration or related field or equivalent work experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills including summarizing and presenting information.
Proficient in Microsoft Suites including advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
Proven experience in financial analytics and reporting.
Proven excellence in relationship management skills and working with field sales teams

Work Environment

What to Expect
The Dealer Operations Manager is responsible for managing the financial data analytics for National Accounts including the reporting and presentations the Branded Lease Contracts Program including contract changes budget impact and communication for all three brands (Hyundai Kia and Genesis) to ensure compliance. This role will oversee the Dealer Walkaway process to ensure the dealer reserve collection process and assist field team in resolving outstanding addition this role will serve as backup support for the Dealer Enrollment process.
What You Will Do
1. National Accounts Management
Gather and analyze financial data to develop reports that support key meetings.
Create targeted presentations for dealer group engagements.
Coordinate and facilitate dealer group meetings between executive leadership and the sales field team.
2. Branded Lease Contracts Program:
Track changes to contracts associated with the Branded Lease Contracts Program and provide reports various department stakeholders.
Forecast potential budget related to outsourced vendor costs associated with contract changes and work with FP&A for approvals.
Manage all development and rollout of communication plans exhibits (lease and single pay docs) to communicate contract changes.
Collaborate with legal counsel on development of exhibits to ensure compliance.
Work with outsourced vendor to create program launches for dealers.
3. Dealer Walkaway Oversight:
Manage all reporting associated with Dealer Walkaway.
Coordinate dealer reserve collection process with field team members.
Manage audits tied to dealer reserve.
Collaborate with the field team to resolve outstanding negative dealer reserve balances.
Collaborate with Accounting Operations and field team to ensure smooth collection process for dealer walkaways.
