The Payroll and Benefits Administrator is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll and the administration of employee benefits. This role ensures compliance with statutory requirements internal policies and supports employees with payroll and benefits-related queries.

Payroll Administration

  • Process payrolls for all employees on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure accuracy in salary calculations statutory deductions (EPF SOCSO EIS PCB) and other withholdings.
  • Maintain and update payroll records including new hires terminations and changes in compensation.
  • Prepare payroll reports for management and finance.
  • Coordinate with Finance for payroll funding and disbursement.
  • Assist with renewal and appointment of payroll vendor

Benefits Administration

  • Administer employee benefits programs including medical insurance leave PRUEmpire etc.
  • Liaise with insurance providers and benefit vendors for enrolment claims and renewals.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee benefits and ensure timely updates.
  • Support employees with benefit-related inquiries and claims.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Prepare and submit statutory reports (e.g. EPF SOCSO EIS LHDN and RLMS).
  • Assist in internal and external audits related to payroll and benefits.

Employee Support

  • Respond to employee queries regarding payroll payslips and benefits.
  • Conduct onboarding briefings on payroll and benefits for new hires.
  • Support HR initiatives related to compensation and benefits.
