Are you passionate about Real Estate finance and market analysis Join our team and support valuation processes for top clients such as funds banks and national & international companies.Job Description
What youll do:
Assist in real estate valuation processes and the preparation of market analysis reports.
Support the creation of valuation reports and useful databases through market research.
Participate in on-site inspections of key assets (shopping centers logistics parks and office buildings) in Spains main cities together with senior colleagues.
Contribute to maintaining and improving valuation standards and inspection requirements.
Provide support in market analysis for estimating the value of assets and properties.
What were looking for:
Degree in Business Administration Economics or related fields (Masters in Finance is a plus).
Driving license.
Ideally 1 year of experience in valuations finance or real estate (but strong interest and analytical skills also valued).
Strong analytical mindset and interest in preparing valuation reports cashflow models and market analysis.
