Bestica is hiring an IT Project Manager (FPPS Modernization Program Lead) to provide services at the US Department of Interior Human Resources Directorate. (REMOTE)

Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements:

Must-Have Skills
8 years of experience managing federal IT programs or enterprise systems projects.
Strong understanding of SDLC Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Proven track record in legacy system modernization or rehosting efforts.
Expertise in risk management scheduling and stakeholder engagement.
Familiarity with federal HR/payroll systems preferred.
Modernization / Federal Experience Focus
Experience leading mainframe or application modernization efforts.
Knowledge of FPPS HRD or payroll/financial systems modernization.
Ability to manage multi-phase re-engineering and migration programs.
Experience coordinating across development database and QA teams.
Education & Certifications
Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related field (required).
PMP or PMI-ACP Certification (required).
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Agilist (desired).
Security or federal IT management certification (preferred).
