About The Role
As a People Operations Specialist you will be a key part of our global People Operations team supporting our employees in the United States Turkey and Colombia. This role reports directly to the Senior Manager People Operations & Colombia HR . This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams such as Talent Acquisition IT HR Payroll Managers and Employees to ensure seamless human resources support and an exceptional employee experience. Youll act as a go-to resource for resolving inquiries improving processes and maintaining compliance all while fostering a positive workplace culture.

What Youll Do
Employee and Manager Support:
- Support our 1300 employees and managers across the US as well as those employees located in our additional hubs in Colombia Turkey and wherever else we grow
- Address general employee and manager inquiries via our HR ticketing system with a service-oriented and empathetic approach.
- Escalate issues to relevant People Team members or departments as needed.
Process Compliance:
- Ensure all supported HR processes are completed accurately while adhering to published SLAs and complying with legal and organizational standards.
- Maintain up-to-date confidential and legally compliant employee records in HRIS and databases.
Documentation and Improvement:
- Assist in documenting workflows and proactively identify process improvements.
- Keep HR policies and guidelines current and accessible to employees and managers.
HR Compliance:
- Support compliance efforts including audits reporting policy acknowledgments and training completion tracking.
Administrative Support:
- Generate employee documents such as letters for status changes pay adjustments or equity grants.
- Handle data entry reconciliations and other administrative tasks with precision and confidentiality.
Collaboration and Project Support:
- Collaborate on People Operations programs and projects as needed contributing to a positive and effective team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience in customer service operations or HR-related roles (HR experience preferred but not required).
- Proficiency in GSuite Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word) and HRIS systems like Zendesk or Workday.
- Familiarity with the unique challenges of working in a start-up or rapidly scaling environment.
