E-Logic is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead administrative and information management support efforts at the U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA). This role oversees project planning quality assurance and contractor personnel to ensure efficient delivery of services that support USTDAs mission. The candidate will work during 12 months the shift will depend on the USTDAs needs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all contract activities schedules and deliverables.
- Develop project plans process maps and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with USTDA and federal policies.
- Manage budgets reporting and contractor performance.
- Provide on-site troubleshooting and support for conference events and AV equipment.
- Prepare and deliver weekly and annual reports as required by USTDA.
Qualifications:
- Secret Clearance is mandatory.
- 15 years of relevant experience with administrative and project management services.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
- Expertise in records human resources procurement or office management.
- Proficiency in project planning scheduling budgeting and reporting tools.
- Strong communication organizational and analytical skills.
- College degree required; business management or related field preferred.
