Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements translating them into actionable data solutions using Power BI.

• Develop and design interactive dashboards and reports ensuring accuracy and visual appeal to support decision-making across multiple computing domains.

• Perform data transformation data modeling and data cleaning using Power BI tools (Power Query DAX) to prepare data for analysis.

• Integrate Power BI solutions with other Microsoft Power Platform tools (e.g. Power Automate Power Apps) to streamline workflows and automate business processes.

• Optimize Power BI performance managing report refresh schedules managing Workspaces and Apps and ensuring efficient data retrieval from various sources.

• Provide ongoing support troubleshooting and training to end-users ensuring proper adoption and effective use of Power BI solutions

Required Qualifications:

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance and ability to obtain a Special Compartmented Investigation (SCI) is required to be considered for this role

• BS degree in engineering

• 5 years demonstrated experience in systems engineering

• 4 years with system specification verification or analysis

• Familiarity with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and tools used to support requirements development and traceability

• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

• Organization capability with ability to handle competing priorities

• Strong interpersonal skills communication (oral and written) and presentation skills

• Demonstrated ability to clearly articulate ideas recommendations and options to customers senior leaders and stakeholders

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word Excel Powerpoint)

• The ability to work in a secure confined location (i.e. SCIF)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Systems Engineering (INCOSE ESEP CSEP)

• Certifications in MBSE (OCSMP)

• Certifications in Agile Development

• Knowledge and experience in Jira and Confluence

• Experience with MILSATCOM such as AEHF EPS WGS and FAB-T terminal programs

• Experience working with military or DoD civilian clients

• Experience with ground and airborne systems such as terminals and networks

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Basic Compensation:

El Segundo CA $110000 - $120000

Colorado Springs CO $110000 - $120000

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates knowledge skills abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses commissions or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels per internal policy or contractual designation.
