Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and innovative Electronics Engineer to join our dynamic team at our Ann Arbor location. This is an in-person position. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical systems and will be responsible for designing developing and testing electronic components and systems. This role requires a blend of creativity and technical expertise particularly in areas such as PCB design debugging and programming.

Duties

Design and develop electronic circuits and systems using tools such as Altium Designer.
Create and test prototypes of electronic devices ensuring functionality and reliability.
Conduct debugging processes to identify and resolve issues in electronic designs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electronic systems into larger projects.
Perform measurements using tools such as an oscilloscope to ensure compliance with specifications.
Document design processes test results and project specifications for future reference.
Perform thermal testing and iterate new designs to meet design goals

Requirements

Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
Proficiency in firmware development and embedded programming languages such as C.
Experience with PCB design and layout software is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of electrical systems and components.
Familiarity with debugging techniques for both hardware and software issues.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
