Gundersen Health System is seeking a dynamic and collaborative Clinical Managerto lead operations within our Neuroscience Clinicin La Crosse WI. This role offers the opportunity to manage high-performing teams and support strategic growth across several subspecialties.

What You Will Do:

• Lead and manage clinical operations for the Injection Clinic Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) and Pain Medicine.

• Oversee a team of approximately 30direct reports including Registered Nurses Medical Assistants PeriOp Techs Department Secretaries and a Massage Therapist.

• Collaborate closely with fellow Neuroscience Clinic Managers Clinical Operations Director and Medical Director to achieve unit goals.

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations staff development and high-quality patient care.

• Participate in strategic planning and change facilitation including competency development and cross-coverage coordination.

What You Need:

• Required:

  • Bachelors degree in Businessor a health-related field

  • 3-5 yearsof clinical or equivalent healthcare experience demonstrating leadership skills

• Desired:

  • RN license in the state of Wisconsin (preferred but not required)

  • 1 year of management experience
