Raytheon is seeking a Security Administrator/Receptionist. The candidate will perform Industrial Security Administration and customer service duties 100% Onsite at the Woburn Massachusetts site. The selected candidate for this role will perform split administrative duties in the Security Office as well as providing receptionist duties for the facility. This role will also cover other security areas to include Personnel Security Visitor Control candidate will conduct security indoctrinations annual refresher briefings and debriefings of personnel will also utilize Access Commander VMS and other internal databasesand DoD databases on a daily basis.

What You Will Do

Candidate shall provide security support to all teammates within the Facility at the discretion of the Security Manager
Conduct random package and bag inspections at facility entrance
Creating employee and non-employee badges
Interact routinely with executives U.S. and Foreign Government customers and dignitaries
Coordinate with visitor hosts and advise them of site visit procedures and security requirements
Completing citizenship verification and fingerprints for employees and pre-hires
Processing need-to-know forms and updating access lists
Assist with classified document control/accountability of classified media shipped and received
Process employee reporting requirements

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel Powerpoint etc).

Qualifications We Value

Relevant professional experience
Experience in a customer service position

The salary range for this role is 50000 USD - 100000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
