Job Summary:

As a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer you will provide strategic technical leadership and drive quality excellence across the team and broader cross-functional initiatives. You will be responsible for architecting implementing and scaling high-quality software solutions establishing QA frameworks standards and processes. You will work with Engineering Product and Operations to shape quality strategy influence architectural decisions and lead QA initiatives. You will leverage technologies and automation frameworks to deliver SaaS products within a CI/CD environment while mentoring team members and driving quality throughout the organization.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Define and execute comprehensive QA strategies and roadmaps

Establish and maintain QA automation frameworks standards and architectural patterns

Lead quality process design implementation and continuous improvement initiatives

Provide effectual code review feedback to Development and QA team members

Collaborate with Engineering Product and Operations to ensure all feature functionality have proper test coverage and quality

Utilize expertise within and outside the team to promote quality releases

Develop test plans test cases and test automation strategies

Actively participate and encourage participation in agile ceremonies including daily stand ups estimation and backlog grooming

Support product releases and assist with 3^rd level support

Champion quality throughout the development process

Assist with manual test efforts and coordinate cross-functional testing efforts for the team

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience

BS degree in Computer Science related field or equivalent experience

7 years of automation or development experience

3 years of senior-level QA experience.

Experience designing and implementing in-house test automation frameworks and tools

Experience developing or testing complex cloud solutions

Experience executing test automation at scale

Experience configuring & utilizing deployment automation and CI/CD pipelines

Experience with C# or other object-oriented programming language

Experience with web-based technologies such as JavaScript TypeScript CSS and HTML5

Experience with performance testing

Experience with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot

Familiarity with SQL and relational databases such as SQL Server

Familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as xUnit & Jasmine
