What Youll Do
Burwood is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our delivery team for an urgent engagement with a global accounting firm. These roles will focus on Resource Allocation for Tech Stack Rationalization and will be critical to restarting momentum on stalled initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of tech stack rationalization sprints over a 1224 week period.
- Ensure disciplined project management around scope timeline and deliverables for each sprint.
- Collaborate with Burwood and client stakeholders to optimize resources and ensure alignment with business priorities.
- Provide fixed-fee pricing estimates and manage delivery within those constraints.
- Drive transparent communication reporting on risks dependencies and progress.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance standards as work is conducted in an M&A environment.
Qualifications :
Who You Are
- 5 years of project management experience ideally in IT rationalization M&A integration or systems optimization.
- Proven ability to execute in fast-paced high-stakes environments with immediate client needs.
- Skilled at managing parallel workstreams and ensuring delivery excellence under tight timelines.
- Strong communicator with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile sprint planning and delivery frameworks.
- Strong financial acumen to manage within fixed-fee pricing models.
