Position Summary/ Primary Purpose:
The company is currently seeking an experienced Quality Coordinator.The Quality Coordinator will assist the Quality team with Quality Control Integrated Management System and non-technical work activities including clerical and administrative tasks.
- Ability to commute to Hobart Indiana
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without Sponsorship
Pay Rate: $20.00-$25.00/hour
Responsibilities
Major Areas of Responsibility
- Provides support to the Quality team including filing creating documents and data entry
- Organizes and maintains Quality and training records
- Prepares departmental correspondence.
- Keep Quality Control related stock at or above minimum count.
- Use customer databases to input required information.
- Communicate with Vendors for Quotes and Scheduling of services.
- Managing Guage Calibration System
- Participation in shop process audits.
Qualifications
Skills & Abilities
- MS Office skills including knowledge of Word Excel Power Point Access and Outlook
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 to 2 years experience working in a data entry position or similar role prefered.
- Quality Control ISO Quality Management experince perfered.

Demonstrated Physical Abilities
Remain stationary for 50% of the time; move/traverse throughout the office to access file cabinets and office equipment; operate a computer and other productivity machinery; inspect documents; communicate with others through talking/hearing; read/identify/assess forms and correspondence.
