The Role
As an Account Executive focused on MSP partnerships youll play a critical role in expanding Josys footprint across Canada and North America. Your goal will be to build and grow relationships with MSPs IT service providers and resellers who deliver SaaS management and IT operations solutions to their clients.
Youll act as a trusted advisoreducating partners on how Josys can help them create new revenue streams strengthen client retention and deliver higher operational efficiency to their customers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow partnerships with MSPs IT service providers and channel partners across Canada and North America.
Drive co-selling opportunities by enabling MSPs to integrate Josys into their managed service offerings.
Lead joint go-to-market efforts including partner onboarding sales enablement and training.
Build and manage a healthy pipeline through partner networks referrals and industry associations.
Conduct product demos and solution workshops tailored to the MSP model and their end-customer use cases.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering Marketing and Customer Success to ensure partner and customer success.
Represent Josys at MSP-focused events and communities becoming an advocate for SaaS Management best practices.
Accurately forecast revenue and report partner performance metrics through CRM.
Qualifications
3 years of experience in SaaS IT management or enterprise software sales preferably within the MSP or channel ecosystem.
Proven success in partner-driven or indirect sales models.
Strong understanding of MSP business models recurring revenue structures and client management workflows.
Excellent communication and consultative selling skills with both business and technical audiences.
Bilingual proficiency (English French) preferred.
Experience using AI-driven tools and automation to optimize sales efficiency and partner enablement.
Familiarity with the Canadian MSP and IT services landscape is a strong plus.
