Description

GMC is now hiring a full-time Advancement Office Manager. The Advancement Office Manager is responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to the department and foundation for day-to-day operations. This includes scheduling project and event support processing payments/budgetary support and assisting guests/visitors.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative support to the function and running of the Advancement Office. Including ordering supplies processing payments and incoming and outgoing mail. and file maintenance
  • Maintains Advancement schedules;Schedules appointments arrange meetings assists with event schedules (corresponding work orders) tours of campus etc
  • Assistance with event and project execution.
  • Screen calls/emails greet/assist visitors students faculty and staff and provide general information about the institution.
  • Other duties as assigned

*Criminal background check and drug screen must be cleared before any candidate may begin working.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Associates degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing administrative role
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and Adobe
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:

  • Bachelors degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing administrative role
  • Event coordination experience
  • Experience using Colleague and Perceptive Content
