Job Summary
Position Summary:
Are you a skilled fabricator with a passion for craftsmanship and precision We are seeking an experienced Countertop Fabricator to join our team. Your expertise will play a vital role in producing high-quality solid surface countertops and custom pieces. If you have a strong background in countertop fabrication and want to grow within a supportive dynamic environment we want to hear from you!
Please note: We are only considering applicants with prior experience in countertop fabrication.
Key Responsibilities:
Fabricate and finish solid surface acrylic countertops and custom pieces with accuracy and efficiency.
Interpret and work from shop drawings and blueprints.
Safely operate a variety of manufacturing equipment power tools and hand tools.
Maintain high standards of precision quality and craftsmanship.
Contribute to a clean safe and organized workshop environment.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in countertop fabrication (required).
Ability to lift and carry countertops and supplies up to 75 lbs.
Strong mathematical and analytical skills for measuring and templating.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer:
Competitive Pay: $18.00 $26.00 per hour (based on experience).
Full-Time Permanent Position with opportunities for growth.
Paid Holidays: 9 holidays after 90 days of employment.
Paid Time Off:
1 week 3 sick days after 12 months.
2 weeks 3 sick days after 24 months.
3 weeks 3 sick days after 60 months.
