We are seeking a highly skilled OT Security Engineer with extensive experience in operational technology (OT) network security and project management. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience with at least two years in each of the aforementioned areas. This role entails the design implementation and maintenance of robust security solutions for our manufacturing infrastructure ensuring the integrity confidentiality and availability of our OT systems.

The OT Security Engineer will be an integral member of a dedicated OT Cyber Security team operating as part of the Global Information Security program. This position requires close collaboration with various Supply Chain and Plant Systems organizations and Global Information Technology teams worldwide.

This position is based out of the Piscataway NJ location. Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

What youll do

• Serve as a technical liaison between the IT and Operations Technology (OT) organizational units to ensure that production facilities operations and systems adhere to cyber security best practices.

• Develop enhance and implement comprehensive OT security strategies policies and procedures to safeguard manufacturing environments.

• Support the design and deployment of secure network architectures for OT environments.

• Manage all phases of OT security projects from planning and budgeting to execution and post-implementation review. This includes coordinating with internal teams external vendors and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for the OT Security platforms (for example: Claroty Dragos Armis Nozomi Palo Alto Networks) utilized in Colgate-Palmolive.

• Provide technical support and solution consulting for the Global Supply Chain organization enabling their organization to follow security best practices.

• Collaborate with in-house Security Operations Center to enhance threat detection capabilities for manufacturing plants.

• Participate in investigations to determine the root cause of security incidents.

• Provide research evaluation testing planning and implementation support for platform changes across all global manufacturing sites.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Mathematics Engineering Supply Chain or related field.

• 8 years of hands-on experience in securing industrial control systems (ICS) SCADA networks and other OT environments.

• 2 years of leading and managing complex security projects with experience in mentoring or people management.

• 2 years of experience in designing and implementing network security solutions.

• Working knowledge of cybersecurity policies and standards relevant to OT such as NIST 800-82 and ISA/IEC 62443.

• Experience with OT asset visibility and network monitoring tools such as Claroty Dragos Armis and Nozomi.

• Ability to apply cybersecurity knowledge to OT/ICS/SCADA systems to implement new cyber defense and resiliency techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in network segmentation microsegmentation and implementing industry best practices for network and cloud security (AWS or GCP).
• Strong IT background with expertise in application access control network routing packet and cyber threat analysis.
• Quick to assimilate new technologies tools systems and design frameworks; broad technology expertise highly valued.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage non-security personnel and represent security across Manufacturing and Supply Chain organizations.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $106400.00 - $150000.00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience qualifications and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses profit-sharing and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employees hire date within the calendar year).
