Territory Sales Manager/HVAC Territory Manager/Outside Sales Rep required to join a leading HVAC Supplier.
Territory Sales Manager/HVAC Territory Manager/Outside Sales Rep will be responsible for driving sales growth across a portfolio of HVAC dealer accounts managing relationships with contractors and developing new business opportunities.
An ideal Territory Sales Manager/HVAC Territory Manager/Outside Sales will be a professional who thrives in both relationship management and business development positioning Johnstone as the preferred HVAC solutions provider for residential and light commercial dealers.
Package & Location:
- $70000 - $80000 uncapped performance-based commission

Territory Sales Manager/HVAC Territory Manager/Outside Sales Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with company growth objectives
- Manage and grow sales within an assigned geographic territory achieving and exceeding revenue and profitability targets
- Build and strengthen relationships with contractors through consultative selling
- Identify and execute strategies to penetrate new accounts and expand share-of-wallet with existing customers
- Prepare and present reports on territory performance business development and growth forecasts
Territory Sales Manager/HVAC Territory Manager/Outside Sales Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or related field preferred
- 35 years experience in sales business development or account management
- Proven track record of acquiring new business and achieving sales targets
- Exceptional communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with MS Office CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
