Job Summary
Loaner Car Manager - North Park Subaru
We are looking for a loaner car manager that will manage our fleet of temporary replacement vehicles for customers undergoing repairs.
You will be the voice and face of our dealership. So we need someone with a winning attitude and a professional appearance. While we prefer someone with experience candidates with great potential will also be considered. To be a success in this position you will need to be reliable professional likable and ready to make a move toward a long-term career and not just another job. Our dealership is a family and we treat each employee as such.
Your responsibilities include ensuring vehicle availability cleanliness and maintenance as well as handling all related paperwork coordinating with technicians and maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring loaner vehicles are ready and policy details are understood.
Key Responsibilities
- Fleet Management:Tracks loaner vehicle availability ensures vehicles are clean and fueled (or charged) and coordinates maintenance.
- Customer Service:Explains loaner policies to customers and ensures a positive experience with the temporary vehicle.
- Coordination:Works with service advisors and technicians to schedule loaner vehicle assignments and returns.
- Administrative Tasks:Manages all necessary paperwork for the loaner agreements including documenting damage and fuel usage before a customer departs.
- Professionalism:Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor while handling vehicles with care.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Attention to detail for paperwork and vehicle condition.
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently and maintain order in a busy service department.
- Professional attitude and the ability to handle stress in a dynamic environment.
