Are you an experienced Workers Compensation Adjuster looking to take the next step in your career Our client a leading insurance carrier is seeking a Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster to handle complex claims in Idaho. COMPENSATION:
- Annual salary: $80000 to $110000/year (based on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years of Workers Compensation claims adjusting experience; senior/complex claims handling strongly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Idaho Workers Compensation statutes and regulations.
- Strong negotiation analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Insurance designations (e.g. AIC CPCU) a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage a caseload of complex Idaho Workers Compensation claims from initial investigation through resolution.
- Ensure compliance with Idaho state regulations and statutory requirements including EDI reporting.
- Evaluate coverage set and maintain reserves and negotiate settlements in accordance with company best practices.
- Direct medical management return-to-work initiatives and utilization of nurse case managers and rehabilitation resources.
- Collaborate with policyholders injured workers medical providers and legal counsel to achieve timely and appropriate claim outcomes.
- Oversee litigated files develop litigation strategies and manage outside counsel when necessary.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior adjusters and contribute to team development.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to insureds brokers and internal partners.
