Overview:
Test and ensure quality of ServiceNow modules (IRM/GRC ITSM HRSD CSM) through manual and automated testing.

Responsibilities:
Create and run test cases and automated scripts (ATF Selenium).
Validate workflows controls integrations and platform changes.
Collaborate with developers and QA teams; report defects.

Qualifications:
5 8 yrs QA; 3 yrs ServiceNow ATF (IRM/GRC)
Strong automation UI API and Agile experience

Preferred:
ServiceNow certifications scripting CI/CD experience
