What will I be doing
- Building relationships and driving engagement with Community Organisations Educational Institutes High Schools Employers and Young People.
- Responsible for increasing young peoples success in finding work returning to education and engaging with community services to address barriers.
- Reverse market and refer suitable young persons for all vacancies
- Source and negotiate referrals to community activities services and programs for the benefit of participants
- Work with employers at the point of offer for employment in preparation for the young person to commence work
Who are you
Skills and experience we look for include:
- Experience in a similar role within Employment Services (highly advantageous)
- Proven experience in sales marketing and/or recruitment delivery
- Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
- Time management and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and skills in administration and use of IT systems
A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.
