This position would be located at one of our following location: Truckee 10266 Truckee Airport Rd Ste B. Employees may be asked to help out at other foothills locations. (Auburn and Grass Valley)

Our hours of operation is 8:00am until 5:30pm Monday thru Friday and Saturdays from 9am until 12pm. Employees work a 45 hour work week. Schedules are made 5 weeks in advance

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT youll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational our structured program you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch cultivate new business and develop your team.

• A Bachelors degree is required.
• This position requires a valid CA Drivers license
• Must have a minimum of six months experience in sales customer service management or leadership. (military athletic/team activities community social or academic organizations.)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be ok with a 45 hour work week.
• Must be ok with working every other Saturday at our Truckee location.
• Must not have interviewed with Enterprise Rent-a-Car or any other Enterprise Mobility brands in the last 12 months.
• Must have a current California drivers license.
