Job Summary

Job Description:

Easterseals NH is hiring a Personal Care Service Provider (PCSP) to join our Homemakers and Health Services team. As part of our dedicated group of in-home caregivers youll have the opportunity each day to bring care comfort and a sense of connection to those we serve.

Location: Stratham and surrounding areas

Schedule:

Full Time 30 hours per week; Monday-Friday 1st shift

Compensation: $20/hour

Responsibilities:

The PCSP will support in promoting independence creating a safe home environment and provide companionship to clients in a 1:1 home setting.

Assist clients with personal care and daily activities
Support and assist with household tasks such as light housekeeping meal preparation and laundry
Assist with running errands such as grocery shopping
Attend and provide support during doctors appointments
Follow each individuals care plan
Complete required daily documentation

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older
Experience working as a PCSP or caregiver preferred
Able to work independently to meet the physical emotional and intellectual needs of adults
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
