Your Mission

We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with people and managing multiple tasks in parallel. You are service-oriented have a strong drive the ability to get things done and possess a strong sense of order. You wish to collaborate with different departments to resolve issues and improve overall quality.

You will be a key person with many points of contact both internally and externally and it is essential that you can inspire trust.

As Chief Quality Officer at Sectra you will play a key role in maintaining and evolving our management system. You will work to ensure our teams work efficiently and effectively while complying with applicable ISO standards and regulations.

You will be part of the central organization and serve as an advisory function to the operations in an execution-focused role. The position requires presence at the office in Linköping.

Key responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and adapt the management system to meet both global and local requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Promote quality awareness throughout the organization.
• Lead and support quality investigations and conduct root cause analyses.
• Establish and monitor quality objectives to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage certification and renewal processes for ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards.
• Lead initiatives related to environmental requirements and sustainability reporting under CSRD.
• Take lead on building role based training in close cooperation with the Sectra Training Manager
• Manage external and internal audits.
• Coordinate and facilitate Management Reviews and ensure actionable outcomes.
• Monitor regulatory requirements and organizational compliance.
