Job Summary

WHAT YOULL DO 
As a Data Specialist you will play a key role in connecting two critical domains within H&M Group: Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Planning processes. Your mission is to ensure seamless data flows and improve data quality across these areas. 

  • Map and document data dependencies between PLM capabilities and planning processes. 

  • Act as the spider in the web collaborating across multiple teams and functions. 

  • Participate in agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups and planning sessions. 

  • Drive workshops and discussions to align business and tech perspectives. 

  • Work closely with stakeholders to solve integration challenges and improve processes. 

  • Contribute to epics and stories within product teams ensuring data integrity and clarity. 

 

WHO YOULL WORK WITH 

You will collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders across H&M Group including Product Managers and Product Owners in various product teams Data Quality Specialists and analysts within your immediate team Solution and Enterprise Architects driving technical design and business teams such as Assortment Office and Production Office. You will also work closely with cross-functional colleagues in a matrix organization giving you exposure to both business and tech environments. 

 

WHO YOU ARE 

We are looking for people with 

  • Years of experience in data quality systems and IT capabilities. 

  • Proven ability to work with data flows and system integration. 

  • Experience in large complex organizations with multiple functions. 

  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience.

And people who are 

  • Comfortable in unstructured environments and able to take initiative. 

  • Skilled at bridging business and tech worlds translating between different perspectives. 

  • Resilient and confident with the ability to push back and challenge assumptions. 

  • Collaborative pedagogical and eager to build strong networks. 

  • Curious and adaptable thriving in a role with high ambiguity and impact.
