To plan and recruit for all the corporate functions of ABMCPL and manage relations with the corporate function heads and their team members to ensure that ABMCPL is able to attract and recruit high caliber talent and to build and ensure that all employees go through the new employee orientation processes (including first 30 days transition) so that the employees are able to deliver faster.
