A career in our Digital Finance team within our Oracle consulting practice will provide you with the opportunity to help Finance organizations use enterprise technology to achieve their digital technology goals and capitalize on business opportunities. We help our clients define their Finance Systems Strategies and effectively see the strategy through execution. We help implement and effectively use broad technology offerings including Oracle-NetSuite to solve their business problems and fuel success in the Finance space.As part of our Digital Finance team youll focus on providing the support needed to utilize new Finance technologies including NetSuite as well as helping with finance transformation initiatives that require a blend of finance and technology consulting support.
Key Skills
Should have 5 - 8 years of experience in Implementing and Supporting NetSuite ERP
Should have working experience in both implementation projects and managed servicessupport projects.
Good functional understanding of NetSuite modules and platform capabilities for Order to Cash Procure to Pay Record to Report
Good understanding of General Ledgers Finance setups accounting impacts
Added advantage of knowing additional modules like NetSuite Manufacturing
Extensive working knowledge of Suite Script Suite Talk Suite Builder Suite Bundler Suite Flow Suite Analytics
Ability to Buildcustomize saved search and reports.
Extensive working knowledge on system setup and configuration activities data migration activities roles and permission setups
Good understanding of web technologies such as HTML JavaScript CSS REST APIs & Web Services SFTP
Ability to balance technical skills with business savvy ability to transform end-user needs/functional requirement into technical requirements and build out them into solutions.
Strong communication & presentation skills Ability to manage multiple projects.
Superior self-motivation integrity interpersonal skills and natural trouble shooter
Should be familiarized with onsite offshore working model.
Should work independently.
Should have basic knowledge on NetSuite add-ons for tax electronic bank transfer.
Your Role
Design develop and customize NetSuite ERP modules.
Translate business requirements into ERP functional and configuration requirements.
Provide hands on technical knowledge as well as manage client relationships within the context of the role.
Execute assigned tasks within a structure project environment and coordinate with consultants across project work streams.
Collaborate with all stake holders including client onshore team other work streams to deliver required features.
Troubleshoot application and system issues and provide best fit solutions.
Involve in training and mentoring project resources.
Participate in organization wide people initiatives.
Collaborate with other team members to build robust functionality to automate solutions and scale the competency.
Plan review and manage change configurations and customization requests.
Create test cases test plans and execute in depth testing to assure quality.
Should adhere to string development guidelines and principles.
Should possess good amount of experience in Analysis Requirement gathering Elicitation Documentation and Testing.
Additional Responsibilities

Conducting Gap Analysis and feasibility analysis during the project inception phase.
Preparing Business process flows and eliciting the business requirements and documenting comprehensive business requirements.
Work with the business stakeholders to rationalize and prioritize the business
requirements.
Understanding and analyzing business expectations and conducting workshops that may involve multiple stakeholders elicit & document requirements.
Analyze the impact of business requirements changes to the project.
Translate business requirements into software requirements specifications.
Participate in design sessions in prototyping new systems or enhancements.
Collaborate with the technical resources to ensure that the system design adequately reflects the business requirements.
Act as an Offshore SME and supporting the development and testing resources.
Preparing business scenarios and supporting artifacts for the Testing Team.
Seeking a NetSuite developer with SuiteScript 2.0 expertise. The ideal candidate would be having experience working with SuiteCloud Platform leveraging SuiteScript 2.0 for implementing best practices and technical solutions on NetSuite and 3rd party Integrations.
- Education: BE/BTech/MTech in computer science/Information Technology BCA/MCA BSc/MSc in computer science.
- Experience: 5 to 10 years.
Responsibilities:
- Development of scripting based on JavaScript and NetSuite requirements.
- Hands-on experience on the SuiteCloud development environment.
- Well versed with SuiteBuilder SuiteFlow & SuiteAnalytics SuiteTalk and SuiteScripts
- Work with the functional consulting team to deliver NetSuite solution including customization scripting integrations & support case resolutions.
- Document business & technical requirements
- Ability to author detailed design/specification documents capturing workflow processes use cases exception handling and test cases is a must.
- Develop custom code using SuiteScript to meet business requirements.
- Code debugging & troubleshooting in effective direction.
- Hands on experience on NetSuite Integration with 3rd party application.
- Plan research and advice on projects or peripherals involving scripting automation.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science or information technology.
- NetSuite Foundation certification is a plus.
- SuiteCloud Developer I certification is a plus.
- NetSuite development experience using SuiteScript 2.0 including-but not limited to-Client Scripts User event Scripts Map/Reduce Scripts and SuiteLets.
- Should have critical thinking problem solving design coding & debugging skills
- Background in software programming including Javascript HTML using methodologies such as DOM CSS & OO.
- Database knowledge including Oracle & SQL.
- Skilled in integration approaches & strategies preferably hands on experience in webservices (XML SOAP WSDL etc).
- Should have NetSuite overall functions/modules
- Should be able to do own research to find out best possible solution for any given requirement.
- Should have a sense of ownership and possess team-work skills.
- Possess documentation skills (MS project Visio word excel & G-suite)
