Salary:

Your Responsibilities
Commercial lease negotiations rent reviews and lease renewals
Managing freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
Property development matters including planning and construction contracts
Landlord and tenant work including dilapidations and lease disputes
Investment transactions and portfolio sales
Due diligence including title investigations and environmental assessments
Providing strategic property advice to commercial clients
Building client relationships and contributing to business development
Contributing to department expansion and potential leadership
Experience:
4 years PQE in Commercial Property law with proven track record
Comprehensive experience across all aspects of commercial property transactions
Strong technical skills in lease negotiations acquisitions and development work
Key Skills:
Excellent client care skills and professional approach
Business development appetite with genuine ambition to grow Strong communication and negotiation skills
Commercial awareness and property market understanding
Leadership potential with entrepreneurial mindset
Flexibility to work across both office locations
Financial Package:
Competitive salary: (dependent on experience)
