Job Summary
Job Title: Marketing Director / Clinical Liaison (Full Time)
Location: Royal Oak Nursing Center Dade City Florida 33525
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic professional and people-oriented Marketing Director / Clinical Liaison to lead our community relations and marketing initiatives while also bridging communication with clinical and care coordination teams. This individual will play a pivotal role in growing referrals strengthening relationships in the community and ensuring smooth transitions of care.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing and outreach strategies to increase facility visibility and admissions
Serve as a liaison to hospitals case managers insurance providers and community partners
Maintain relationships with payors discharge planners social workers and other referral sources
Assess and understand various insurance plans coverage criteria and reimbursement requirements
Coordinate with clinical staff and case management teams to facilitate patient admissions transitions and continuity of care
Represent the facility at community events networking functions and professional meetings
Prepare presentations reports and educational materials for referral sources
Track and analyze referral sources marketing outcomes and conversion metrics
Uphold a professional presence and serve as an ambassador for our facility
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in healthcare marketing case management utilization review or clinical liaison roles (licensed nurse preferred but not required if experienced in long term care as marketing director)
Strong knowledge of insurance (Medicare Medicaid managed care plans) and care coordination
Exceptional organizational communication and time-management skills
Friendly approachable demeanor with a positive attitude
Ability to juggle multiple tasks prioritize and meet deadlines
Professional appearance and demeanor; able to confidently represent the facility
Valid drivers license; reliable transportation (for off-site meetings and networking)
