If you are passionate about the Sustainability & Eco-friendly approach and would like to be involved in delivering Solutions that improve patient outcome overall and at the same time lead to environment protection then this internship position is tailored to you! Join us to support Installed Base (IB) Renewal Business Team working directly with customers to promote options add-ons & upgrades in order to generate and qualify leads to find new sales opportunities.
Your role:
Campaign Management support (converting leads from the special promotions).
Support for registration and reporting of sales activities within the provided sales tools (CRM/SFDC) and according to the defined reporting requirements. Communicating and updating all customer facing team members who contact the same Installed Based Accounts.
Support for proactive touch points to customers utilizing multiple channels such as virtual meetings. Contacting customers via telephone and/or email to new and/or competitive accounts as well as be responsible for the timely response to any incoming leads in order to develop opportunities.
Lifecycle solutions and End of Life (EoL) processes support.
Youre the right fit if:
You are student of Bachelors or Masters studies available to work min. 20 hours/week. If you are studying Biomedical Engineering or similar degree that is a plus.
Analytical mindset with great communication skills good knowledge of Microsoft Package (Excel especially)
Fluent in English & Polish
You are eager to learn open-minded and easy-going person

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
This role is an office role.
