ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Change & Learning Leadto join our team in Hobsonville Auckland.

TheChange & Learning Leadis responsible for designing and delivering effective change management and learning to enable successful delivery of the organisations transformation roadmap. As a member of the transformation team this role plays a critical part in building organisational capability by embedding structured change methodologies (e.g. ADKAR) developing role-specific competencies and delivering targeted learning and development programs. This role ensures that individuals and teams are equipped to adopt new ways of working enabling sustainable change and successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Change Management: Lead change conduct impact assessments and develop stakeholder engagement plans to support transformation initiatives.
  • Learning & Development: Apply needs analysis to understand design and deliver scalable learning solutions aligned with transformation priorities.
  • Capability & Culture: Align learning culture with organisational strategies and embed change practices into daily operations.
  • Engagement & Collaboration: Build strong relationships across the organisation coach stakeholders and collaborate with HR Communications and Digital teams.

ABOUT YOU

You are a strategic thinker and experienced change & learning practitioner who thrives in dynamic environments. Youre passionate about enabling people through learning and driving sustainable transformation.

You will bring:

  • 5 years experience in change management and/ or learning & development.
  • 2 years experience in leadership coaching or mentoring roles.
  • Proven success in technical implementation and project delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide change and capability-building initiatives.
  • Familiarity with ADKAR ADDIE and other relevant frameworks.
  • Project management certification (e.g. AGILE PMP PRINCE2) is a plus.
  • Strong facilitation communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A passion for people development and continuous improvement.
