Job Summary

The team you will be part of

GN (Engage AI part of our Jabra brand) aims to transform the way businesses connect with their customers. As our new Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will be at the front line of our growth journey turning curiosity into conversations and conversations into opportunities.

Your contribution is appreciated and you will:

  • Generate new sales opportunities by engaging prospects through cold calls emails LinkedIn and personalized video outreach
  • Manage a large volume of accounts and activities in an organized way ensuring nothing is overlooked
  • Hit (and smash) your monthly target of qualified meetings held (booking new sales opportunities)
  • Work closely with our Account Executives to hand over opportunities smoothly
  • Learn the ropes of SaaS sales sharpen your communication skills and test creative ways of breaking through

To perform well in the role we imagine that you are

  • a motivated and goal-oriented person ready to start your career in sales and thrive on reaching monthly goals and targets
  • comfortable using the phone ready to make cold calls and practice in front of others
  • highly organized and disciplined in managing your daily activities
  • coachable curious creative and keen to learn
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English
