As an Operations Specialist you will be a crucial part of our Operations Processing & Servicing (OPS) team completes a wide range of regulatory and administrative processing services and you will be responsibleto resolvediverse stakeholderrequestsefficiently and is a fast-paced environment as we have strict legislative the first point of contact for many queries requiring strong problem-solving and communication skills. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to broaden your skills and gain valuable experience across various banking areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Master diverse administrativetasks:Ensuretimelyandaccurateprocessing of various requests meeting all service level agreements(SLAs).
Transactionprocessing:Garnishee Freezing orders account closures funds transfer requests
Problemsolving:Addressing complex issues and interpreting policies and procedures effectively.
Stakeholdermanagement:Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders (Retail Banking Risk & Compliance external/internal stakeholders etc.).
Driveprocess improvement:Proactivelyidentifyand opportunities to streamline workflows enhance efficiency and mitigate operational risks. Contribute innovative solutions to improve our processes.
To succeed in the rolewedlove you to have:
Proven bankingexpertise:2 years experience in bankingdemonstratinga strong understanding of banking services systems and complex processes including handling of confidential data with precision and accuracy.
Exceptional communication & problem solving:Youllbe the first point of contact for many queries sostrong communicationandproblem-solvingskills are essential. You should be proactive innovative and customer -focused exceeding stakeholderexpectations.
Organisational prowess:Youllexcel at managing multiplepriorities meeting tight deadlines andmaintainingaccuracy in a fast-paced environment. Intermediateproficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite is essential.

This role is Full-time (38 hours per week Monday Friday) 12 Month Fixed Term Contract or Secondment based in Adelaide ideally but any Head Office Location is accepted.
