Debt Capital Markets & Structured Finance Solicitor

Description:
We are hiring for our client a leading Irish law firm seeking a Solicitor to join their Debt Capital Markets Structured Finance & Derivatives team. This permanent role offers the chance to work on complex high-profile capital markets and structured finance transactions with international clients.

The Role:

Draft and review prospectuses and offering documents for new issuances and programme offerings.
Document and manage structured finance and debt capital market transactions including repacks and securitisations.
List debt securities on Euronext Dublin Vienna Stock Exchange and other exchanges.
Negotiate derivative master agreements and credit support arrangements.
Advise on regulatory instruments such as the Prospectus Regulation Securitisation Regulation EMIR MAR and SFTR.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to provide innovative solutions.

The Person:

Solicitor with NQ experience; transactional experience in banking finance or capital markets desirable.
Proactive collaborative and client-focused.
Strong organisational analytical and communication skills.
Interest in developing expertise in debt capital markets structured finance and derivatives.
