Role- Advise clients on a wide range of commercial and residential property disputes
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients on matters including landlord/tenant and boundary disputes rights of way adverse possession claims enforcement of covenants and lease renewals
- Supervise and mentor junior members of the team
- Develop strong client relationships
You- 6 years PQE
- A proven track recordmanaging complex property transactions and delivering successful dispute resolution outcomes
- Commercially astute with strong strategic thinking
