Whats the role

Were looking for a motivated and delivery-focused Tech Project Manager to join our Digital Banking team and support squads delivering features for our customers. This is a permanent role based in Surfers Paradise Gold Coast with flexible working 3 days in office and 2 days from home.

Youll be working with cross-functional teams to plan feature delivery facilitate Agile ceremonies drive delivery and help unblock teams to achieve outcomes. Its a great opportunity to build your experience in digital delivery in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

What do I need

• Experience leading Agile software development teams (Scrum or Kanban)
• A background in delivering digital features on browser and mobile apps
• Great communication and collaboration skills especially with distributed teams
• Confidence using Jira and Confluence to manage delivery pipelines
• A growth mindset and passion for continuous improvement
