Resolve Recruit is partnering with a leading Commonwealth Government agency to engage a highly skilled Technical Lead / Delivery Manager to oversee managed ICT services and drive operational excellence across a large distributed environment in Australia and overseas.
You will be the primary liaison between managed service providers and internal technical teams owning end-to-end service delivery across enterprise infrastructure (desktop environments cloud technologies security platforms). Youll lead contract management service transitions and stakeholder engagement at both operational and executive levels to ensure services align with contractual commitments and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead contract reviews and renewals; prepare Statements of Requirements for market approaches
- Act as lead technical authority for service transitions (readiness cutover acceptance)
- Monitor delivery against SLAs/KPIs; drive continuous improvement and remediation actions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers vendors and executive stakeholders
- Coordinate vendors and internal teams for seamless integration reliability and performance
- Maintain current service documentation escalation procedures risk registers and release plans
Key Experience and Skills:
- 5 years in technical delivery / service management roles within complex environments
- Excellent communication skills; able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Proven stakeholder leadership and relationship management (customers vendors executives)
- Hands-on experience with Entra ID Intune Microsoft 365 Windows Server and security platforms (e.g. Defender MDM)
- Experience with Active Directory Exchange PowerShell application packaging SOE/MOE deployment
- Strong working knowledge of ITIL service management and Agile delivery practices
Security Clearance Requirements:
Applicants must hold an active Negative Vetting 2 Security Clearance (or higher) to be considered.
