Whatyoulldo
Participate in startup and commissioning of new units applyingexpertiseto supporta state-of-the-artfacility.
Perform diagnostic tests troubleshoot mechanical and electrical malfunctionsand executeregularlyscheduledmaintenance on heating and cooling units.
Review and interpret regulatory requirements and technical documents including blueprints and diagrams.
Cultivate strong customer relationships and ensuretimelyescalation ofissues forresolution when necessary.
Prioritize safety by adhering to licensing requirements operating equipment safely recognizing HVAC-related hazards completing safety training and implementing effective safety measures.

Required Qualifications:
Possess High School Diploma/GED
7yearsworking experience in theCommercialHVAC Industry
2 years working withair-cooledchillers
1 years working withcentrifugalchillers
EPA Universal
Ability topush/pull/liftupto 50lbs climb a ladderandwork on rooftops
Ability to stand crawl sit squat of extended period of times
Possess andmaintainvalid and current Drivers License and be insurable by the companys insurance carrier
Valued but notrequired:
OSHA 30 Certification
Basic understanding of building automation controls (BOMAC)
5 years in water-cooled chiller experience
Experience with Steam Turbines
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Knowledge ofServiceMax

Pay Range:
