Job Description
E-Logic is seeking a Project Information Coordinator (Facilities & AV) to manage conference rooms training centers and audiovisual systems at USTDA. This role supports high-level meetings and ensures seamless facilities and event operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling and logistics for USTDA conference and training rooms.
- Set up AV and teleconferencing equipment for events.
- Troubleshoot AV and IT issues coordinate repairs and ensure equipment readiness.
- Provide support to CIO/Deputy CIO during system upgrades.
- Maintain orderliness of conference spaces kitchens and event areas.
- Provide administrative and records management support as required.
Qualifications:
- Secret clearance is mandatory.
- 10 years of administrative management experience.
- Strong AV IT troubleshooting and event support skills.
- Experience with facilities office management and records management.
- Excellent communication multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
- College degree in business information management or related certifications required.
