Position Summary:

The Purchasing Specialist is responsible for supporting the merchant team in any and all necessary tasks. This role will be integral in making sure the merchant team is able to procure and track all incoming inventory as well as keeping both the stores and online teams informed about incoming stock.

Responsibilities:

Assist with item creation and other database management needs
Support category managers with large prebooks and PO management
Execute reorder process for all store locations and online
Validate NetSuite POs with OEM systems
Ensure NetSuite purchase order data is clean and valid
Collaborate with stores and DC receiving team on any necessary PO updates
Other general support that might be needed by the merchant team

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with: GSuite NetSuite Microsoft Office
Understanding of golf industry market trends
Above average knowledge of golf equipment and technology
Personable and energetic with a passion for the game of golf

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of standing walking and bending.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times.

Compensation:

$22 - $30 per hour based on previous experience and qualifications.
