Job Description

EMCD is a leading technology company in the crypto industry best known as the largest mining pool in Eastern Europe.

We are expanding globally and building a comprehensive ecosystem of crypto services including payment infrastructure custody mining solutions and enterprise-grade tools for businesses and institutions.

EMCD comprises a complete ecosystem of crypto services built around a top 10 global mining pool (#1 in Eastern Europe).

About the role

We are looking for a forward-thinking Learning & Development (L&D) Lead to design implement and drive learning strategies that empower our teams and support our ambitious growth.

Responsibilities

  • Build a corporate Learning & Development (L&D) system from scratch.
  • Audit current practices (learning knowledge sharing leadership development).
  • Develop an L&D strategy: define what is built in-house and what is sourced externally.
  • Launch key formats: trainings workshops internal courses knowledge bases mentoring programs.
  • Establish a process for Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
  • Create development programs for different groups: leaders mid-level specialists and new hires.
  • Implement an L&D metrics system (NPS learning ROI engagement etc.).
  • Collaborate with external providers (online courses trainers learning platforms).

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in HR with proven experience in L&D and willingness to be hands-on (this will be a one-person function at the start).
  • Experience working in international companies with native speakers is mandatory.
  • Experience in building L&D systems from scratch is a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of modern approaches: 70/20/10 blended learning microlearning.
  • Strong skills in working with L&D metrics and evaluating learning effectiveness.
  • Creativity and ability to make learning engaging and impactful.
