Position: Surveillance Operator (Bulgarian Speaker)
Location: Bucharest Romania
Employment Type: Full-time

We are collaborating with a software development and services company that delivers end-to-end digital solutions. They are seeking a Surveillance Operator with Bulgarian to join their gaming studios in Bucharest. This role is essential in safeguarding company assets monitoring gaming activities and ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor security systems devices and surveillance equipment.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of video monitor consoles camera placements and operational protocols.

Perform physical inspections of premises and promptly report any incidents or violations.

Conduct online surveillance checks by reviewing CCTV footage and participating in team briefs to identify suspicious or illegal activity.

Operate software tools including gaming platforms surveillance systems video streaming and communication software to gather and analyze security-related information.

Monitor staff and players to ensure gaming activities are conducted in line with legal and regulatory requirements.

Detect potential cheating fraud or illegal activities in online gaming environments.

Monitor online gaming back-office (BO) transactions and interactions to identify potential threats to customers and staff.
Requirements

Native or fluent in Bulgarian (C1 level) with strong written and spoken communication skills.

Good command of English (B2 level).

Previous online gaming experience (preferred).

Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite.

Strong attention to detail analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
