Position: Equipment Integrity Engineer

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Equipment Integrity Engineer to join our team in this role you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability compliance and lifecycle management of critical equipment while supporting operational efficiency and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of equipment and ensure timely updates in relevant systems.

Develop and implement strategies for equipment replacement upgrades and lifecycle management.

Provide technical training and support to colleagues and partners.
-
Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Training Compliance HR Operations) to ensure smooth processes and regulatory adherence.
-
Prepare finalize and maintain all technical and compliance documentation.

Research recommend and advise management on the acquisition of new or specialized equipment.
Requirements

Fluent in English (C1) both written and spoken.

University degree in Engineering Technical Sciences or a related field.

Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience.

Strong knowledge of mechanical and electronic systems.
-
Advanced computer literacy (data analysis reporting database management).

Excellent organizational documentation and presentation skills.
-
Strong communication abilities to explain technical concepts clearly.

Previous experience in equipment or asset management.
-
Experience in a shift-based or 24/7 operational environment.
-
Familiarity with health & safety compliance in technical settings.
-
Proven ability to anticipate and resolve technical challenges proactively.
-
Experience supporting equipment rollouts or implementation projects.

Collaborative solutions-oriented team player with a proactive mindset.
