- Be the Growth Driver: Take full ownership of the retail P&L for your cluster. You will architect and execute commercial strategies that not only hit targets but shatter them driving market share and brand dominance.
- Lead the Charge: You are more than a manager you are a coach and a mentor. Youll lead inspire and develop the Affiliate Commercial Execution (ACE) team transforming them into a force of beauty experts and sales champions.
- Forge Powerful Alliances: Build and deepen relationships with key retail partners. Youll be the face of the brand at the highest levels negotiating for prime positioning and orchestrating win-win omnichannel initiatives.
- Master the Business: With a data-driven lens youll dive deep into sales analytics consumer trends and competitor moves to uncover new opportunities and fuel strategic decisions for the brands.
