Job Title: Sourcing Specialist / Junior Recruiter

Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcer / Junior Recruiter. This role is instrumental in
identifying and engaging qualified candidates through resume databases job boards social platforms and
networking channels. You will be responsible for reviewing resumes conducting pre-screening interviews via
Microsoft Teams as needed and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from first contact through initial
assessment.
Responsibilities:
Review incoming resumes through ATS and job boards to identify qualified candidates.
Proactively source candidates using resume databases LinkedIn social media and networking
groups.Send personalized outreach messages through ATS job boards and social platforms.
Schedule and conduct pre-screening video interviews via MS Teams
Take detailed accurate notes during interviews and update candidate records in the ATS.
Maintain consistent communication with candidates ensuring positive candidate experience.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and adjust sourcing
strategies accordingly.
Manage multiple requisitions and sourcing pipelines simultaneously.
Qualifications:
2 years of experience in sourcing and/or recruitment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel Teams).
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
Self-starter who works well independently and within a team setting.
Personable and professional with a customer-focused mindset.
Adaptable and comfortable navigating changing priorities.
Demonstrates urgency initiative and a high level of accountability.
Previous experience in a client-facing or customer service role.
Familiarity with sourcing tools and Boolean search techniques.
