Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer care via phone chat and email in French and English

  • Assist with account creation and resolve any related issues

  • Facilitate effective communication between hosts and guests

  • Troubleshoot and resolve general support queries in a timely and efficient manner

  • Handle and de-escalate complaints while ensuring customer satisfaction

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow internal procedures

What Were Looking For

  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Previous experience in customer support is a plus

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced multicultural environment

  • Willingness to work on a rotational shift basis including weekends and holidays

  • Proficient with digital tools and multitasking across multiple platforms
