Job Summary

Customer Support Representative (Azerbaijani English)

Do you speak Azerbaijani fluently (native preferred) and have a solid English level (B2) Would you like to join an international team in a stable and growing company

Were hiring Customer Support Representatives for supporting clients via phone and email in a dynamic and multicultural work environment.

What Youll Do

Provide customer support for products and services.
Handle inquiries via phone and/or email.
Deliver excellent customer service with a focus on professionalism and empathy.
Work in a structured team with training and ongoing support.
Be part of a stable and long-term project (6-month ownership period by Concentrix).

Salary & Benefits

Gross Salary: 3500 BGN
Monthly allowance: 50 BGN net (transportation/internet)

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday: 08:00 20:00
Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 16:00
Rotating shifts within this range (8-hour shifts)

Training

Duration: 3 weeks training 1 week nesting
Attendance: Mandatory
Format: On-site

Requirements

Azerbaijani Native level preferred
English B2 level
Good computer skills and communication abilities
Valid EU residency card refugee card or EU citizenship

Work permits and Blue Cards are not accepted

Relocation Support

Hotel stay arranged and booked by the company
Advance salary: 1056 BGN net (optional paid within 5 working days upon request)
Travel reimbursement: Up to 490 BGN (after 6 months documents required)
