JOB TITLE:

Manager Recruitment & Retention

JOB PURPOSE:

The Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive recruitment and enrollment management strategies to attract enroll retain and graduate a diverse and talented student body across the college.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement an enrollment plan aligned with the colleges mission vision and strategy
  • Collect analyze and present enrollment data
  • Lead recruitment campaigns coordinate open houses and other events
  • Design and implement strategies to improve retention and graduation rates
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop recruitment and retention initiatives
  • Provide leadership to and development opportunities for college staff supporting recruitment enrollment and retention

SUPPLEMENTAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
  • Participate in performance-related goal setting and achievement to meet personal and organizational goals and objectives.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education:Bachelors degree in higher education administration student affairs health sciences or related field. Masters degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in recruitment/enrollment management student success admissions or related areas.

Required licensure certification registration or other requirements: Valid drivers license with a motor vehicle record (MVR) compliant with the University Vehicle Use Policy.

On-campus: This position provides vital support to campus customers and the successful candidate must be available to work on campus.
